We live in and love the Annapolis Area!
Blue Heron Vacation Rentals, LLC was established by Karen and Don Bartnick after 4 years of renting their own home and others' to vacationers. Karen and Don watched as vacation homes grew in popularity because of their inherent value, extra space, privacy and amenities such as private pools and beaches, full kitchens and other luxuries that you won't find at a hotel. Karen and Don realized the need and desire of families and groups who want extra room to spread out and relax without spending all of their budget on accommmodations.
This is where the idea of Blue Heron Vacation Rentals started. We share the same passion and love for the Annapolis area, its waterways and the beautiful real estate that many Annapolis homeowners have shared with vacationers from around the world.
