You will avoid the downtown Annapolis traffic by simply crossing the Naval Academy Bridge to reach the Yard, the Navy-Marine Corps stadium, boat slips, and Historic Annapolis attractions in minutes. For dining out, you can scoot over to the nearby Severn Inn and Cantler's Riverside Inn -- two of Annapolis' best restaurants -- for the perfect meal. Be forewarned however, that you may never want to leave the relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces at Martins Cove! The home's front porch beckons with its swing ove seat and cozy wicker chairs. At the back of the house, the double-level deck with a one-of-a-kind screened porch offers great hanging-out space with stunning views of the home's forested backyard (look at the photos!) What a perfect venue for your Commissioned Officer's graduation party or for your group's outdoor meals together!
The gathering spaces are also amazing inside Martins Cove. Relax in the spacious, vaulted ceiling living room or retreat to the sitting room at the front of the house for a glass of wine and conversation before dinner. Hang out in the open, gourmet kitchen or have a formal, sit-down dinner in the professionally decorated dining room. After dinner, head downstairs to the large, entertainmentt room with a full bar, stools, side tables and chairs, and a media area with a large, flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom/full bathroom suite on the lower level is a great accommodation option for your Commissioned Officer in the Spring or for the in-laws during your Summer vacation in Annapolis!
