Just minutes south of Annapolis, Bay Ridge Vista is perfectly located and the view is a "10". You can be at your favorite restaurant, the USNA Yard, or anywhere in downtown Annapolis in 10 minutes.

As you enter Bay Ridge Vista, you will immediately feel the comfort and relaxation of this beach house. This home is in a very desireable neighborhood and offers a sandy beach just steps from your front door. Take walks or go jogging with your family and friends. The front porch has floor to ceiling windows and welcomes visitors with ample space for good conversation with friends and family. With multiple dining arrangments, this home permits all guests to dine simultaneously. The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan to entertain with panache. The backyard is adequate for barbeques, crab feasts and picnics.

Recent renovation provided additional living and sleeping accomodations on lower level.

The color of the sunrise over the Cheapeake Bay and the sounds of the crab boats and sea gulls will awaken you. The moon reflecting on the bay at night will make your stay incredibly romantic.

Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 12-16).The second level offers three bedrooms. Master bedroom has King and Full beds. 2nd bedroom has king bed. 3rd bedroom has Queen bed and twin sleeper sofa. First floor living room provides a queen sleeper sofa. Lower level provides bedroom with queen bed. Additionally lower level offers living room with single pullout sofa and two twin beds. Main level has half bath. Upper level has 2 full baths. Lower level has full bath.
